Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can exchange your shoes via phone call (707-226-9954) or return them for a full refund. All returned or exchanged items MUST BE:

  • Online Orders: Returned within 30 days of sales receipt.
  • In Store Purchases: Returned within 15 days of sales receipt.
  • Accompanied by original sales receipt.
  • Unworn and in sellable condition. Shoes and sandals must not have a footprint, and soles of all products must be clean. (Not used, not worn outside or to work, not altered)
  • All returns are subject to inspection. Lark Shoes reserves the right to refuse returns upon inspection of products.
  • In original shoe box. All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
  • Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
  • Please contact our Napa location at 707-226-9954 before return to inform us of shipping.
